Prices
All prices are GST inclusive.
We endeavour to keep our prices constant for the life of the catalogue, but sometimes, due to currency fluctuations and manufacturing Increases, prices are subject to change without notice.
Ordering
When ordering by email, fax or phone, the following details are required:
- Code number and product description
- Quantity required
- Order number and contact person
- Delivery address
Payments
Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment must accompany all orders. All schools and governments organizational institutes may order on account if we receive official signed order or coordinator's full details. Payments are payable on the 20th of the month following invoice.
Claims and Exchanges
When the goods do not meet your expectations, simply send then back within 14 days from date of invoice and we will exchange or credit your account but please ensure the goods are in a unused and unmarked condition. Please inspect all goods before marking. A Returns Form is on the back of each packing note.
